Real Estate Negotiations

Just attended a seminar on negotiations and came away with useful items that are helpful not only in real estate but also in life. The instructor contended that all of us are in a perpetual state of negotiation. Not news to those of us who are currently or who have ever been married or have children. The most successful negotiations are those that are approached calmly and with collaboration in mind. It falls to the negotiator to execute a successful outcome. Can't wait to apply the skills learned to future transactions.
